Executive Chef Michael Kidd works closely with local purveyors and growers to provide the freshest menus of the season. Our seafood is flown in overnight from Hawaii, the Northwest, and the Northeast, providing the best seafood in the city. He purchases prime beef from Buckhead Beef and hand cuts all steaks. Our pasta, desserts, and breads are made in-house. Michael’s cuisine balances French technique with influences from the South, as well as from all around the world.
